Thank you for the information on Penofin. I'll definitely use it to protect the cedar play set we just had installed for our girls. Seeing all the deteriorating play sets in other backyards here in Houston we want to use the best product to protect the wood.
Just called around and some clear Penofin Ultra Premium (red label) is supposed to arrive tomorrow at a local paint store. Didn't realize it was hard to find. The big boxes don't carry it. At about $50 a gallon I am hoping I won't have to re-apply it for at least a year.
