Permanent lines on wooden game board

What is the best router bit for putting slight permanent lines on a wooden game board? V-groove for sure. But 90 degree? 60 degree? And how deep do you generally set the router to cut this type of cut line?
As always, thanks for the help.

Use whatever bit you have and give it a try. Take a scrap of what you are going to use for the game board & make several samples cuts of varying depths. Then put whatever finish you plan to use on the sample to see how well the lines show up. I would probably try 1/32" and 1/16" depths for starters.

If you have to buy a bit, I'd recommend buying a 90 degree bit. You'll probably use it more in general than a 60 degree bit.
