Three way joint with 1/4 round

LOML has decided that she wants our small TV room to have contrasting 1/4 round, around the ceiling and wall corner, and the the vertical corners. There is existing base shoe, that will remain.

My question is: How do I make the three way joints look right. At the top, it will be three 1/4 rounds coming together. At the bottom one 1/4 round joining with two base shoe.

I'm baffled. Any help would be appreciated. I can't visualize the technique.

If you google 'Three way miter joint" you should find some pictures and instructions.

This is an "off the top" but why couldn't you miter for two of the pieces and then cope the third over them? You might need to cut the cope with a router bit on the router table using a cove of the right diameter.

What I do is miter the two that intersect at 90 degrees, and then miter each end of those to accept the vertical which is notched to be let into the two top pieces.

Lay out the two top pieces flat so you can get a bearing for the first cuts on each piece. Then lay out the third piece to mark for the cuts. For a ceiling to the wall vertical you may find it easier to lay it out upside down to get a fit. IOW, pretend it's two base moulding pieces being intersected by a wall vertical.
