Cabinet door/drawer facing help

I am in middle of remodeling my kitchen and need help with proportions of the drawer facings and cabinet doors.

The design is a simple shaker style with bead board inset. Will then do an antique glazing as a finish.

The cabinets doors will range from 15"-22" wide and 37" tall. Is a 2.5" rail wide enough? Or do I need to go wider?

The drawers on one side are 22" wide and the other set are 35" wide. Drawer height range from top drawer of 4.5" tall to bottom drawer at 11" tall. First question: what rail width? 1.5"? And then do I keep it the same on all drawers? Or would it look better with a smaller top rail and get wider as the drawers get bigger?

I am just too close to the trees to see the forest right now and any feedback would be helpful.

I make the rails and stiles a width to accommodate the inside and outside profiles with taking into account the hole for the hinge (if euro hinges are used). All the doors and drawer fronts utilize the same size.
