I have a cabinet with a face edge of 1" , It seems the hinges are for a face edge of 3/4 inch , Are their anty european hinges for a cabinet with a 1" face edge?

There are several mounting plates for FF hinges that aren't fitted on the back edge for a fit to 3/4". Some have open backs. If you have ones that are bent fit to 3/4", the edge can be snapped off or cut off, or you can trim the back edge of the FF 1/4", with a hammer and chisel, or a router (before installing).
As long as the hinge is positioned by the plate to allow the arm to be mounted where it's supposed to be, your hinge will operate properly.
