    If it were me, I'd do this on all the corners. I figure, if you've got it apart and know where the weak spots are, go ahead and fix them all so that hopefully you won't have to do it again for a long time.

    Also, I think just using glue on the broken piece is the best idea. I would be afraid of splitting the parts or not drilling the pilot holes right to add screws or dowels.

      The danger here is not that the glue joint will fail, but that the whole area is weak, & is likely to break right next to the repair.
