Noodle cutter plans needed

My wife wants me to make a noodle cutter for my daughters. It is like a grooved rolling pin. Wood Magazine had plans in the October 1991 issure for turning this, but the magazine is out of print and no plans are available without buying their $50 CD. Does anyone have this plan or anything similar that they could scan and e-mail to me? I would really appreciate it. I am below novice level on turning, otherwise, I would try to wing it. Actually this is my first turning project.

That is it! My wife bought one many years ago at an Amish store. She makes great chicken and noodles and she wants to package one of these with her recipe and give it to our daughters and some nieces.
