    "Plastic Surgery" is a type of cyanoacrylate (CA) glue that may attach cast acrylics and polycarbonate, but not provide the chemical fusion for a predictable joint. I would not use it or any CA glue in place of dedicated solvents like EDC (ethylene dichloride) AKA dichlorethane, which is a faster solvent than MDC (methylene dichloride, AKA MC (dichlormethane).
