Gluing Melamine - Panel Adhesive or Gorilla

I bought some Melamine from the local Big Box, but they only had it laminated on both sides. So what's the best thing to glue this with Construction adhesive or can I just use some Polyurethane glue. I'm gluing to some 3/4 plywood for a BT3000 extension table BTW.

I would use glue + screws. I've done what you are doing but used contact cement and screws through the underside. I made sure to lay out the screws so they would not be in locations where I wanted to put slots, t-track, etc.

I posted the same question awhile back and someone suggested cutting some matching grooves in both pieces and use splines, which is what I am going to do, in addition to sanding the rest to roughen it up and then use GG. I hope that will work .
