I used the 3/4" Green material from Woodcraft for my router table extension on my saw. I year later picked up another 2'x4' piece for a fullsize router table (still need to build). Neither pieces were bowed.
Be sure to seal any cut edges. Liquids have no affect of the treated surfaces, but can (and will) create some waves in the plywood.
