How long for Rustoleum to cure?

I am going to repaint the stand the came with my recently acquired Ryobi 16-32 sander. It had some rust spots that I've caught early enough that I was able to sand 'em off with fine sandpaper.

I figured I'd shoot a rattle can of Rusoleum Stops Rust Satin Black at the legs. But I was wondering, how long after I paint them before the paint is hard and I can reassemble the stand?

It takes a couple of hours to dry to the touch and overnight before you can do any assembly. satin black will dry faster.
