Crown molding question

I've done plenty of crown molding, but I've got a project now that I just can't seem to work out.

I'm running crown molding in an upstairs hallway, then down the stairs, and around a landing on the first floor. I can't seem to get the angle right at the top of the stairs, where the horizontal run meets the sloped run.

Does anyone have a link to an angle calculator for this situaton? All the ones I've found ar based on horizontal runs with walls meeting at horizontal angles.

It would probably be easiest to set the molding angled on the miter saw, and angle it 1/2 that angle for both pieces instead of laying the crown molding flat on the miter saw.
