    I'd worry about the concrete and additives in the cement board. Wait though, if the silicone is good for high temps and is food safe, then why can't I use that to bond the al/ply?

      Well the Silcone is caulk, not glue, so I don't know how it would hold.

      Can you get a peice of Sheet long enough to Bend in a square shape so two of the sides, the top and the bottom go in as one Peice. You could use that to hold the back in, and then you would only have to attach the front to the door.

        The aluminum and plywood is already cut. The al. started as a 4x8' sheet, so it wouldn't have been long enough anyway. I'll just screw it.
