Keeping cabinets from slamming...

My kitchen cabinets have self closing hinges and I wanted to install pneumatic hinges on the most frequently used cabinets to avoid the occasional slamming. I actually picked up a set of the blumotion hinges from rockler and tried it on one of the cabinet doors. Unfortunately the hinges don't allow for enough adjustments so I can center the door again against the face frame. My next alternative is to use one of those buffers or piston shock absorbers that get attached to the face frame of the cabinet. The two that I was able to find were the blum blumotion cabinet insert or the smove salice door bumper. Anyone one have experience with either one or any other words of advice? We have the first on all of our cabinets put by the installers. They are pretty good and cheap!

I thought about putting bumpers but I decided to get fancy and wanted that pneumatic slow close.

I use the Blum closers alot, they work great. Note you do have to buy the adaptor plate for the pistons. Never used the Salice so can't comment on them.
