Where to get plexiglass
I need a small piece of 1/8" plexi (7-7/8" square) ....does HD or Lowes sell it?

HD sure does. Available as either acrylic (cheaper), or polycarbonate (Lexan, more expensive). HD acrylic is usually protected by blue film, Lexan by green film. -
