    Incra Template Storage

If any of you with an Incra LS, Ultra, etc. router fence system would share what you made to store the 50 something templates, I sure would appreciate it.
All I can come up with is routing a shallow dovetail in pieces of ply, 1 for each template. After that, how to arrange and assemble all the ply pieces is what I'm not happy with.
    Thanks

    Ken,

If by templates, you are referring to the plastic scale strips, I store them in a length of 1" PVC. I glued a cap on one end, and friction fit the other. I used a cable tie to attach it to the leg of my router table.

If you want to store them in the drawer of a router cabinet, I'd do some angled kerf cuts in a long board and mount that in the drawer. Just deep enough to keep them put but leave some room to grap onto the top of the template to take it out. That'll keep them organized by #. Put maybe 5 each kerf.

If you have that fence system it should be pretty easy to make 8, 16/32" spaced kerf cuts in a board with a TS.

Thanks Steve and Bill. Both of those are good ideas I hadn't thought of.
