Hello , I'm looking for any pod casts or online videos of how to cut Raised Panel door the correct way. I just got my Cutter kit and want to try it out by watching the vids.

I will see if I still have my disk that came with my set. I know my 3yr old got it so it may be destroyed or gone. If I still have it I will see how big the video files are. Maybe I can post them for download.

I think most people worry too much about raised panel doors. I find them to be pretty easy and I figured it out myself. The cope and stick cuts are cut in one pass. Do the end grain cuts first so the sticking will remove any chip out. Use a coping sled or just use a square scrap to hold the end grain in the correct position for the cope cut - it is the hardest.

Raising he panel is pretty simple, just go slow. I take at least 3 cuts and typically 4 or 5. Again do the end grain first.

Make a sample in pine to practise.

Raised Panel

Thanks to all, I finally got the router table set up and I did do some raised panels. I did do multiple passes and made a new fence for the router. It seams to work well. Again thanks everyone here.
