    Bullnose Wall Corners and Edges

    Hi Folks,

I am planning to replace the existing trims and mouldings on my house but I am having a problem finding a source for the trim because the wall corners and edges are bullnosed and not the usual sharp corners and edges. Anybody know of a good source for these?

I hate every bit of these bullnosed corners.

    Thank you,
    Chris D.

    Chris,

My house has some of those corners too, if I follow you correctly. All of the trim is normal trim. The trim has normal, square corners. The void between the trim and the wall is filled with some kind of filler, and then painted (not sure what color, trim or wall). I've been installing picture rail molding which installes about a foot down from the ceiling. I have made returns on ends about an inch back from the corner for all outside corners. Inside corners are all normal.

If you'd like, I can snap a few pics of the trim. Let me know if you're interested.

Chris, you can find rounded-corner moldings at HD or a lumber supply store. It will limit your choice of matching moldings, but they can be found.
