flag presentation case

does anyone have plans for a folded flag presentation case?

This is the one I used for my dad's flag. (Flag was in CO, I'm in WA)

There is a plan in Wood Magazines Best Ever Quick and Easy Woodworking Projects on page 12. It's square with a diagonal divider, on one side a place for a flag and the other they used for medals.
