Maybe people already know of this idea, but I was tooling around in the garage working on raised panels and thought it was pretty neat so here goes...
One way to finish off scroll projects is to frame them in a frame much like you'd do a frame/panel door. Just scroll the project out of 1/4" material, slide it in to the rail/stiles, glue up, and you're done. I am still new to scrolling, but here is an example photo. Makes for a pretty quick and easy gift.
