How do you repeat wide miters?

In the process of building my flag display box I had to make two sides exactly the same, which is common to many projects. I wante to do this on my 10" miter saw (sidenote: anyone considering saving a couple bucks by buying a 10" vs a 12" saw may want to consider the range of anticipated projects in their future. The 10" gave me a minimal problem mitering the 3.75" wide miter). Is there a good way to do this on the miter saw or is it just a TS kind of cut?

Well, the short answer is that to get two cuts of identical length you'll want to set up a stop block. This is true on a CMS a TS, whatever.

I've got my CMS set up on cabinet with wings that fold up to create infeed/outfeed tables. I just clamp a block of wood to one of those tables to get my length.

I guess this should be my herald call to get my combo RAS and CMS table put together. As the CMS sits now the tables are too short for anything larger than, say, 8". Geez, one more excuse to build something other than what the LOML has on her list. Did you ever have a project with a learning curve feels more like a circle?!
