    White cabinets

    Making kitchen cabinets for my wife-she wants white and not painted ,or as close as possible,maybe use white maple or birch any ideas will help me.I do not want to sleep with the dog forever!

    Try Aspen. About the lightest wood I can think of that is commonly available.

      White Holly is probably the whitest wood you can get but hard to find. So Aspen probably is the best choice.

        Check with her before starting! Not white, could mean Milk paint, not regular paint, Pickeled wood (popular a few years back), or even one someone tried describing to me about a bleached finish.
        She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.
