    Sculpted Rocking Chair class - Day 7

    Today was a very busy day and I was really rushing to get my chair mounted on the rockers. I didn't get any process pictures. Here is the state of the rocker at the end of class. Many, many hours of sculpting await me.

              I'd advise you to start working out several months before the class. I did and it still "ate me up". Take a piece of wood and place it vertically in the vice and practice rasping it up and down. You can use a sanding stick/block to keep from wearing out your rasp.
