    Spray-on finish

I picked up a tip here for making a wipe-on poly (50/50 poly/naphtha) that I really like and use all the time. However, I've just finished making some boxes that have some rather intricate tops. Using the wipe-on poly would be a pain in the.........I was thinking of putting the 50/50 blend in my little HF air brush and shooting 3 or 4 coats. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Minwax makes poly in spray cans in satin, semi-gloss and gloss. Might be easier than making your own. Your way should work good to.
