There is a better option than the 4" caster typically used by Ryobi for the BT3000/BT3001,etc. I have a BT3000 that has a pair of 5" fixed wheel casters that is exceptionally easy to move around due to the geometry of the installation - the larger wheels extend about 6 1/4" out from the base of the cart vs about 5" from the base of the cart for the standard casters. The wheels of the 5" caster are in light contact with the floor without raising the end of the cart. So when moving the saw on the cart the end of the cart doesn't have to be lifted as much to wheel it around. Some of this could probably be done by using washers and longer bolts on the 4" casters (or a wedge as I have seen in some pictures) but it appears that by extending the wheel 1 1/4" the lever effect is increased if that makes any difference.
The 5" casters can be gotten at Harbor Freigth for less than the going price for the RYOBI 4" casters.
