I recently purchased one fro Amazon. Don't recall exact price, but it was very reasonable and works great.

A few years ago, I noticed that the rip fence aluminum extrusion and the miter fence were from the same stock. Since the miter fence is pretty short when using the miter slot accessory on the left, I bought just the rip fence extrusion for $20 (then) and retired the short piece from the original miter fence.You'll need the clamp and pivot, too, at the least. I don't know what the whole thing could cost if you just bought parts.
