Apt with shop space available in Tacoma WA

I thought I would list it here in case any BT3's are looking for a place with room for a shop.
It's 2 bed 1 bath and a single car garage and lots of dry basement space. Previous tenant used the garage as a pottery studio. Garage has lots of power, one 50a 240v and three 20a 120v, and is in the basement of the Duplex.

Wow! Just a few blocks away from the church where my folks were married and where both my grand parents on my mom's side had funerals.

Warner street was known for it's churches. There are still several that I know of along with University of Puget Sound's Chapel. It's kind of neat to hear the bell in the chapel on Sundays. We lived there for several years and I rather miss the city with all it's luxuries. Like restaurants open past 9 at night, places you can walk to, bakeries and museums. Not to mention public transportation and the waterfront.
