    Misc Items

I am starting to do some cleaning and will be putting a few things up for grabs.

I have 5 60grit and 6 36grit Ryobi WS1600 sanding strips. The strips are 3" x 90" (25mm x 2286mm). Check your manual if you have another brand 16" drum sander for the size needed.

Also have 3/4" and 1" spindle sanders with 4 120grit sleeves for each size.

Delta DP mortise kit unused in the case. I would like to get $50 plus shipping for this. (Sale pending)

PC Profile Sander. Very little use. $50 + shipping.

I also have a lot of different cabinet knobs, pulls, handles and hinges (not euro stlye hinges). Most of this is either Belwith or Amerock. Some of it is discontinued items, but most is still available in the stores. I hope to get it all photograped and set up in a Webshots album soon but if you are looking for a particular style, send me a picture and I will see if I can match it. Most of this stuff will go for .25 -.50 each.

    Pappy,

Just out of curiosity, what would you use 36 & 60 grit for? Taking barnacles off of the hull of the Titanic?

    Sending PM on the mortiser....

    Mike

You use those grits for resurfacing dirty used lumber that would destroy planer knives in a pass or two.

      I'm nterested. PM sent

I bought some of Pappy's sanding strips to resurface some dirty, rough cut oak planks and beams from an old corn crib I helped tear down.

I got some of these Ryobi strips at a Cummins closeout (cheap) years ago, before I even had a wide drum sander. When I got my Performax 16-32 Plus I found that they fit it perfectly.

Maybe that will encourage some more sales for you, Pappy.
