If you can find one for this price with all those add-ons, buy that one.

I could probably be convinced to throw in my router table fence also since I made it to mount to the fence on the saw. There are pictures of it on the forums here someplace.

Nothing is wrong with the it, I just don't have room for it and the Unisaw.
