    Parting out BT3100 w Shark

I've gone to the dark side a while back but was trying to sell the BT3100 intact to help a newbie get started. Sadly, no such luck so I'm going to part it out. It's been a good saw and I'll be sad disassembling it.

Shipping is not included and I'll ship via UPS from 40383. Let me know if there are any other parts you want that are not listed.

    Still Available
    Motor $70
Accessory Table drilled for PC890 fixed base (PC base not included) $30
    Switch $20
    Rails (original with scale) $40
    BT3 Guard $10
Dado and Standard Throat Plates $10

Awaiting packaging - I ran out of boxes
Belts - $10 - sale pending to Turaj
ZCTP Unused - $5 - sale pending to papa
Rip Fence $30 - Sale Pending to Dusty

    Shipping Estimates Sent
Extension Rails (full rails with hardware - no scale) $45 - Sale Pending to footprintsinconc
Micro Adjuster $20 - Sale Pending to footprintsinconc

Payment received - should ship shortly
    none

Shipped - PM Sent with Tracking Numbers
    Dual Miter Slot* $25 - reddog552
    Shark Guard 5.0 $70 & Wrenches $5 - mschrank
Dual Miter Slot* with Right Side Kit - crash2510
SMT with Fence and hold down $30 - bruffc

*I've used the Miter Slots with a cross cut sled with Incra miter bars and it's scratched up one of the slots in each unit.

I'm interested in the motor, and I'll handle the UPS, I get a nice discount, and can send the packing labels to you

I'll begin disassembly tonight. I had a eye doc appt today and did not get to it.

I'll get everything boxed up and then send out the shipping estimates. Thanks for your interest!

Just finished disassembling everything tonight. That motor was a real PITA to get out of there.

I'll begin packing everything and getting shipping estimates tomorrow.

                    Making more dust soon

                    Thanks,
Hope the eye appointment went well. I may be out of computer range most of this weekend but I will plan to buy the fence.

Thanks for asking. I'd had cataract surgery in October but my vision had degraded to a point I had trouble reading. They performed a laser procedure and it's crystal clear now except it's created a bunch of floaters which they tell me should be reabsorbed shortly.

                        seeing clearly now

That is really good news on the vision clearing up.

Original post updated with status. I'll have to dig up more boxes to ship some items - I ran out. Told the wife I could order more tools (just for the boxes) from Amazon but she did not think it was funny.

I don't know why, it sounds like a wonderful solution to me. You need a bunch of boxes to send out the stuff she made you sell, and now you are trying to save money by getting boxes for free and she's still not happy - only one thing you can say, WOMEN!

                              Gary:

I am interested in the rails but would prefer they were shipped by US Priority Mail; can take UPS ground (99508) if it is not to expensive.

I tried to send a PM. but it would not be accepted (mail box full).

                              Regards, Steve
