Work-bench Top... Free to local or whomever wants to come get it....
I built a new top over the week-end and just installed it. If anyone local (Atlanta and outlying areas) wants the the old top.. PM me. The top is 24" x approximately 65".. 3" thick. It is laminated strips 3" wide of ply that is face glued and bordered in soft maple.
The top is a bit ragged as I have worn it out.. but a little wood filler or bondo would fix that.. weights around 100 lbs. or so. And the bottom is perfect if someone wanted to tag a sheet of MDF or hard-board on top of the bottom.
I need to know by late tomorrow afternoon or it goes to the street for pick-up on Wednesday morning. If someone commist and can't get it by then.. I will store it in the back shop untill they can. I can post a picture if anyone is interested. 6 hard years of work.. but a fixer up for sure for anyone that doesn't have one or just no time to build one...
