Makita heavy-duty carpenter's tool belt. Brand new, never used. This was included in a cordless tool set I bought a few years ago and it's been taking up space in my office ever since.
Belt is leather; the pouches and belt pad are Cordura nylon (black with teal trim). For a picture, search eBay for "Makita tool belt" and you'll find several examples.
This is probably best suited to a moderately large individual ... it'd be kind of big and bulky for someone slight of stature.
