Most of this was listed in my other post but I have split up a couple of things and changed some prices + I've added a few things.

NON BT stuff.
New in box, 3/8" clear acrylic router plate. Size - 9 1/4" X 12 1/4" X 3/8". 3 1/4" opening with polycarbonate insert to reduce to 2" + hardboard blank insert. 8 set screws for leveling and 2 allen wrenches (1 fits leveling screws, other fits insert screws), and a 1/4" starter pin. includes instructions. $15 See pic below.
