Forgive me if this is the wrong forum for this, but it didn't fit with the rules for the bargain section.
I was at the Home Depot store in Katy, TX (I-10 and Fry) where I noticed that they had a BT3100 floor model still hanging around. I asked the guy for the price and he said $119.00.
I thought this sounded like a great deal, but one minor.. well major issue.. Most of the parts were missing from it. The only thing that I saw was main table/legs with the motor and blade, the sliding table for the mitre was sitting on the floor next to it (just the table piece) and that was about it. The parts that there seemed to be in decent shape as they don't power up the floor models, but without all the accessories, it wasn't a good deal for me.
So if you're in the Houston area and need the basic guts for a BT3100, might be a good deal for you?
