Delta 12" CMS and Leigh FMT for sale

I have a 6 year old delta 12" CMS model 36-235 that was used basically twice - both times to build my deck! Sat up on a shelf since. I am going festool with the MFT so don't need the saw anymore. Would like to get $150 or so with local pick up if possible as shipping would be very expensive. In Plano, Texas. Cuts great, no issues at all, just not being used and would like to see it go to a good home.

Also, I have a Leigh Frame Mortise and Tenon jig that I got new in Nov from Lee Valley. Used it a couple of times before realizing it's a lot of money and I'm not going to get the use out of it either. It works perfectly, just as advertised and the manual is a dream. As a bonus, I will include a full set of all the other guide plates that are available. I don't have the box but it will be packed with loving care to whomever buys it. I would like $700 plus shipping which is $200 off regular price for an essentially new machine when you include the extra guides.

Send me an email if interested in either item. Thanks!

    Leigh FMT

Do you still have the Leigh FMT or has it been sold? I have been looking for a M&T and have not made my mind up yet, the Festool Dominoe is coming out in April, however; I think that its limited on what it can do, I have also looked at the woodrat and couldn't get enough information to weigh a dessision. I do like the information that I am seeing on the Leigh FMT.

    Thanks,
    Roland
