I had the good fortune of getting the last BT3100 in North Dallas. As it was the floor model it was missing some parts, but what can you expect for $75!
For right now, I'm looking for a rip fence to get me started. I know there are some folks out there parting out their own units, and hope one of you have a spare rip fence around to sell to a budding wood working enthusiast.
I also need the miter clamp assembly and the arbor nut to keep the blade from flying off and zipping through some of my more important parts. I figure I can get those directly from Ryobi without too much hassle, but I'll buy those if I can find them from someone here as well.
Thanks in advance for your help!

It's a BT3000 fence which has a slightly different t-head (doesn't have the indicator) but it works fine on the rails. Locked down well. PM me if you want it and give me a zip code so I can figure shipping. Pat
