    Pen Turning Blanks assorted woods

I was wanting to gauge the interest for Pen turning blanks. I figured I can get about 35-50 blanks in one of those flat rate shipping boxes. The $8.10 one that is 11" x 8.5" x 5.5" if I cut them to 8.5" and just stack them in.

I can get Red Oak, Ash, Alder, Mahogany and Maple( hard or soft). All blanks would be a minimum of 3/4" x 1" x 8". My charge $3.90 making it an even $12. Would this be a good deal or not worth it. I work at a mill the wood is cut offs that I can get free.

I can't get a lot of Mahogany, but can get enough to put 10-15 blanks in a box then fill it with any of the others which would not be a problem to get.

I hate to see this stuff go to waste so just give me some opinions on the idea.

If any one is interested PM me and we'll work it out. Thanks

Edit: Did I mention the wood is kiln dried ? I did ask for opinion, so please feel free to speak up.
