    Electric Stove Cord

I swapped electric stoves today. I took the cord off the old, and put it on the new. I didn't think to look at the old before I took it off.

I think I read the middle wire is nuetral, and the other 2 are hot. Does it matter which hot goes on which post on the new stove?

I'm not an electrician but the ones I've hooked up for 220V it didn't seem to matter. I would do a eeny-meeny-miney-moe...

No, the hot wires are interchangeable.
