Doublewide AC went bad? Can I fix it myself? Or with minimal help?

OK my Doublewide is 11 years old and the inside portion on the ac/heating system is shot. A-Coil Rusted and water got on bottom portion and cause a short. Blew CB and melted a connector. I might be able just to replace wires/connector and a-coil and get it to work but with the age. Thinking should replace everything inside. This is what I think I need and looks like what I have same name brand but different part numbers.

What is the quick connect refrigerant connections? is it possible to unhook the old unit without loosing all the coolant? Looking for suggestions on what to do. I really have no money to get this stuff done and will need to get a loan to pay for it so trying to keep things cheap as possible. Considering removing old replacing with new myself then calling company to check it out and add coolant. Thanks for any suggestions.

I am no expert on AC, but I do believe that you do need someone with a license to discharge the pressure lines. You can't just let the freon vent off to the atmosphere anymore. Ask around there might be someone who will able to do this for less than the going rates. Might cost a few brews.
