    Custom bifold doors?

I'm hoping to replace some sliding closet doors with bifolds. The sliders go essentially floor to ceiling, minus some 1/2" tracks top and bottom, which makes them about 95" high. The bifolds I see at HD are typically 80-1/2", meaning I'd have to build a 15" wall section over the doors. Not only is this a hassle, but it would make it really awkward to get to the top closet shelf in this 27" deep closet.

Further, the width of the opening is about 70". I.e., too small for the usual readymade doors.

Anyone know of a place that does custom sizes of bifold (e.g., louvered, paintable) closet doors at reasonable prices?

If the doors are going to be painted, why not buy stock doors and extend them yourself? It has to be cheaper than getting custom doors made. Or just make your own doors.

I have bought custom sized bifolds at HD. Millspride brand. They were white
raised panels. Maybe they have louvered. You give the finished opening
size to the millwords dept with explicit instructions that this 70" opening
needs 2 35" doors that are each 2 17.5" panels with a hinge. They say they
do this all the time and fill in the form and order it from Canada. You pay and
wait one month for your doors to arrive--one giant door that when opened
is 70" wide and is 2 35" panels arrives. Luckily, you ask to inspect the box
before taking this home to discover this. You kindly bring this up with the
special order desk and they order the right doors with your explicit instrucs.
Yes, this actually happened to me. In my case, though, the opening was
90". Didn't they think at the factory that they were making a really BIG
      door?

Anyway, you don't pay extra for special order, custom doors. You don't even
pay for shipping. My original opening was ~8' tall. I did build the header to
reduce the height. I did not find out before this if they would also make them
custom height. Wouldn't hurt to ask.
