Please recommend a book on cabinet making

I'm not looking for plans per se, but something that explains styles - frameless, face frames, shaker, modern, etc. Also standard sizes - height, width, if I have an opening x size, the drawer should be y size, things like that. I'm just looking for guidelines on how to construct them in a semi-standard way.

Any suggestions on a good book that covers this?

I like Taunton's "The Complete Illustrated Guide to Furniture and Cabinet Construction" by Any Rae. It runs about $25 at Amazon. Been a little while since I cracked it open, but if I remember correctly, it covers everything you've mentioned and plenty more.

        I Second that Link

Good link from os1kne. I purchased both of those books and while some of the info in repeated, there is a lot of good information in each of them. Poulux is a little simple and not sure his method is the best but a lot of cabinets that are sold out there are made in some form by his method.
