Which way does link belt go?

I put a link belt (red) on my TS about a 2 yrs ago. I removed it to do some major cleaning and lubrication. Since I threw away the sleeve, I do not know which direction it should be reinstalled. I picked it up at Rockler.

Hope someone has the answer for me.
