Hey yall. I am looking to buy a table saw, I can not find a new or used for that matter 3000 or 3100. Do yall have any suggestions on what to buy that is in the same price range.

there is a craftsman clone of the 3100 at sears. I forget which number but it's on a moblie base. It is more expensive, but comes with the accessory kit items that are most liked and has some modifications to accept a craftman/ryobi router without a mounting plate.Mike

Jet has their 708100 hybrid on sale for $400 too....cast iron, belt drive induction motor, full size table....it's alot for a little IMO.

You might also consider a decent used saw. There should be plenty of solidly built full size contractor saws in your price range. They're upgradeable and economical.Happiness is sort of like wetting your pants....everyone can see it, but only you can feel the warmth.Comment

Sears version of the BT is the 21829.She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.Comment
