Ryobi bts 15 and tenoning jib

    howdy noob here
i'm using a Ryobi bts 15 table saw to make some 60 degree cuts. I made a make-shift "tenoning jig" out of a 2x4, c-clamps and using the fence that came with it as a guide. Well for safety and accuracy I decided to purchase a real tenoning jig from woodcraft. unfortunately the jig's guide doesn't fit the miter table's slot. The miter table seems to be specifically for the miter fence. Is there another miter table that will fit the Ryobi and standard jigs?

sorry if this doesn't make sense!

I don't think there is another miter slot table available for the BTS15 saw.

Watch for sales and promotions on the BT3100. You will be glad you upgraded to the BT3100.

I also have a BTS15 and I agree wholeheartedly that the best solution is to upgrade to a BT3xxx or equivalent.
However, as a temporary solution to be able to use your tenoning jig you could make yourself a mitreslot attachment. I made mine from some inexpensive (cheap) 5/8" laminate shelving material (see pics) that happens to be the exact thickness to fit where the miter table normally sits.
I originally used a couple of bar clamps (or c clamps) to hold it in place but switched over to 1/4 20 nuts and bolts since it seemed to get so much use from my tenoning jig and old feather boards. Excuse the crappy pictures.
