Really nice! Is there a rail at the top bunk? And if the bevel between top and bottom bugs you, add a couple more to the legs of the top bung and make it a design feature ;-)

The rail will be made next week. So will the ladder. I have measurements for both the shortened version or long version of the ladder, depending on what my daughter decides over the next couple of weeks. I will visit her in mid-June and give her the rails and ladder. She won't need them until mid July.

As to the bevel, I like the feature but it doesn't show that much where the legs meet, and the bevel really shows up only if you see it from above, or at eye level with the ball on the post. I kinda wished I had beveled it a couple of more degrees.
