    Rubber band gun microproject

My boy's gone from sword fighter to marksman now. He brought home a flooring cut-off from grandpa's house that had a notch at one corner so he could use it to launch rubber bands. We had tons of fun today "taking it up a notch."

We also made a stand-up target. I'll post pictures of that after the paint dries.

I have some bigger pictures and details on my site here: http://www.thefrankes.com/wp/?p=2212

Pretty nice. Where were you when I was a kid?

If he made it at school, would it classed as a weapon of math destruction?

I made one of those as a kid and had a ball with it. Thanks for surfacing fond memories I had forgotten all about.

That joke stings worse than the rubber bands.
