    Outdoor Bench and Plant Stand

Just finished up two projects this last weekend. The first project is a wooden bench found in the latest popular woodworking magazine. The magazine plan called for an 8' bench, our stoop required me to make it 6'. Took a little longer to make it that I would like, but it was a new experience once again.

The planter stand was make of some leftover scrap pine. Primed and painted. Not bad for 1/2 hour of work.

Looks like fun projects and both turned out great.
I thought I was wrong, but I was mistaken.

Nice. The legs on the bench kind of look like cartoon legs. Good Job.

Those are nice! I especially like the legs (no offense, Pappy) on that bench.

Hey Justin, that's really great looking.

I think you did the right thing by copying Pappy's legs; it give it some accent! LOML was just looking and said that's what she wants when I get better. (gotta learn to monitor what my wife looks at from now on!)
