    Bath cabinet

Well, I got mine close to the one I found on the web. I decided not to rout the faux raised panel look. Got some splotching from the stain that I am not too happy with but the LOML likes it so I guess I'll leave it alone.
    Thanks for looking.

Looks good, if the boss is happy you ask for more tools.
I thought I was wrong, but I was mistaken.

Looks good. My wife was looking at it and wants to know when I can build one for our new bathroom.

Nicely done. Color and finish looks good. I'm also interested in what you used. Crown looks good...did you make it?

Hello all. Thanks for the kind words.
The wood is some maple that has some worm tracks in it. There are a few small spots on the outside but I generally kept them to the inside and to the left outside surface. That will go close enough to the wall that it will not be seen. The stain is Puritan Pine which is very close to light oak. I used a stain pad and wiped it on instead of my usual method of brushing it on and wiping off the excess. The poly is 2 coats of cabot, to use up the last of that, and a final coat of polycrylic from Minwax. There's nothing quite like a fresh new can of that stuff.
I could not track down any decorative molding in maple so I made some using 2 pieces glued together.
Here is the smaller one for the other bathroom. The sides really don't bulge out like in the picture. My editing isn't so good. This is also maple but it is more dense and had a slight reddish hue.
