    For our Scout House

A Girl Scout wanted to remodel our Scout House for her Gold Award (Girl Scouts Eagle). She wanted some shelves, so I voulnetered.
Due to budget, I had to use some ACX plywood and only 1 coat of Poly.
This was my first time using sheet goods, and was quit a chore considering my "shop".
I had to rip the sheets down and stain the 5 sheets in my front yard, and had to apply the poly in the kitchen, then build them at the scout house.
Took a gal. of stain(5 sheets front and back( and 2 quarts of poly for just 1 coat.
I used some 1/2" solid wood to cover the edge of the plywood
These shelves were hung using a cleat wich was attached to the non grout block wall using the concrete screws.
These shelves measure 4' and 8' long by 4' high[IMG]

Awesome, I was waiting to see the outcome of your previous question. They came out really nice, what color was the stain?

              Thanks all for the complemnts
This was just completed on Sun, and I think she needs to turn in the paperwork before she gets the award
The color of the stain was Minwax's Red Oak (#215) I remember the # because I had to go back to store 3 times
The complements humble me to end. I have seen the pictures of others projects and aspire to reach such craftsmanship
