    College Graduation Gift

A friend of mine is graduating from college this month after several years of part time school while working full time. I thought this would be a fun gift, and a reason to play on the lathe. I think it turned out quite nicely. The top is 7" square, the cylinder is 5" in Diameter and 2 3/4 tall, all of it is white oak!

That is indeed a great idea and very clever. You have some extremly creative designs.
